Upper Level

7,500 square foot Upper Level Room in the Historic Reliance Building in Downtown Moline, IL.

• Room Rental (Seating capacity, Maximum 350 guests) $1,275.00
• $500 deposit required with signed contract to secure reception date. Deposit is non-refundable if event is cancelled or date is changed.
• Minimum 150 guests

Included with $1,275.00 Rental fee:

• All necessary tables and padded chairs
• Six hours for reception ($150 for each additional hour of reception or decorating)
• Three hours of decorating the day before the event, if room is available. We will notify you of decorating availability 3 weeks prior to the event

Regretfully, ceremonies cannot be performed at University Club location.

Bridal Packages

Package #1: $13.00/person

• Includes package #2 plus chair cover (ltd. choice)

Package #2: $10.00/person

• Linens for round tables included 71” square white, linens for rectangular tables included 52” x 114” rectangular white, other colors and sizes available, all linens must be ordered through the University Club, please see Kristen for other options.
• Table skirting 5 – 8 ft. white sections (additional $25 per 8 ft section, one side of table, or $50 for full table all the way around, ivory extra charge)
• Cotton Napkins (white or color included, ask Kristen for available colors)
• China (included: dinner and cake/dessert plate and salad bowl, 1 per each guest)
• Silverware includes dinner fork, spoon, and butter knife at guest tables.
• Included are salad fork at buffet table and cake/dessert fork at dessert/cake table.
• Glassware, including water glass on table and coffee cups at drink station
• Bartending
• Set-up of tables, chairs, linens that are provided by University Club
• Room clean-up
• Packing up of the wedding parties decorations for later pick up
